Privacy Policy

This policy is a build-stage draft covering what data we collect, why, and your rights over it. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer; final wording will be vetted before the site accepts real enquiries at launch.

UrbanKeys Realty (“UrbanKeys”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP) and, for EU visitors, the GDPR.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect only: your full name, mobile number, email address, and (optionally) which configuration you’re interested in. We also record which project (if any) the enquiry relates to, the page you enquired from, and campaign attribution data (UTM parameters, referrer, Google/Meta click IDs) if you arrived via a paid ad — this helps us measure which campaigns work, not to track you individually elsewhere.

We do not ask for more than this. We do not collect financial information, government ID numbers, or any data unrelated to responding to your enquiry.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your property enquiry — to contact you about the project you asked about, and, if you separately opt in to marketing communications, to measure advertising performance. Our legal basis is your consent, given explicitly at the point of submission.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and an email notification is sent to our team via a transactional email provider. We do not sell your data or share it with developers or third parties for their own marketing. If you separately consent to marketing tracking, aggregated conversion signals (not your raw contact details) may be shared with Google Ads and Meta to measure ad performance.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as it’s useful for following up with you, and will delete it on request at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Your rights

As a Data Principal (DPDP) or Data Subject (GDPR), you can ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email urbankeysrealty@gmail.com.
